Viretec Consulting helps public sector and not-for-profit organisations to bring about transformational change, often in response to financial challenges, new strategic initiatives and planned IT investments. The company was established in 2006 by Denis Pelych, former Director of The National B2B Centre at Warwick University. Building on his experience and knowledge of the public sector and economic development, we set out to provide expert assistance to CEOs, Directors and Programme Managers. Since 2006, we have grown steadily in size and reputation, based on the quality of our work. This standard covers management practice as well as consulting practice, and annual assessments ensure that we are a well managed business.
