The National B2B Centre is a leading public sector provider of business support services. Viretec was commissioned to provide specialised consultancy in eCollaboration technologies and design online e-adoption toolkits for small and medium sized businesses.

 

Need
The National B2B Centre needed to restructure its SME support services in preparation for new government funding in 2006. They went out to tender for a long term partner with strong expertise in eCollaboration technology and working practices for SMEs, who shared their values and ethics. Being an IMC Premier Practice, they needed a partner with sound management consulting credentials. Viretec was able to offer the right expertise, approach and credentials.
