The National B2B Centre is a UK centre of competence for e-busienss adoption and a leading public sector provider of business support services. Viretec Consulting was hired to provide specialised consultancy in e-collaboration technologies and design online e-adoption toolkits for small and medium sized businesses.

The National B2B Centre needed to restructure its SME support services in preparation for new government funding in 2006.
